ABOUT

An economist by background, Dr Grace Lordan's research focuses on understanding why some individuals succeed in life and others don't. She is an expert on the effects of unconscious bias, discrimination and technology changes. Grace is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative (TII), as well as Director of the MSc in Behavioural Science and an Associate Professor in Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also is an expert advisor to the UK government sitting on their skills and productivity board. Her academic writings have been published in top international journals in economics and the broader social sciences.
