Penicillin cocktail recipe  

• 1.5 shots of blended whisky of your choice
  
• 0.5 shots of ginger liqueur
  
• 1/3 shot of Single malt of your choice
  
• 2/3 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  
• 1/3 shot of runny honey  

Shake all the ingredients EXCEPT the single malt with ice and strain into an ice filled glass 

Pour the Single malt over ice into the glass.

Drink.
